Our point of view
We see a bag as part of a daily routine. It holds the things you reach for without thinking and accompanies the moments between the bigger plans: a train ride, an afternoon appointment, a quick stop for coffee, or the drive out of town. Choosing one is as much about how you move as how you dress.
That is the starting point for the Migao assortment. We bring together different proportions, carrying options, and materials so you can look for a bag that fits your actual day. A tall tote and a horizontal office bag solve different packing problems. A small crossbody and a roomy backpack offer different kinds of freedom. Each deserves a clear description, rather than a single promise that every bag can do everything.
Our store is for customers in the United States. The business behind Migao is based in Hangzhou, China, and orders are dispatched from China. We want you to know who you are shopping with, where your order begins its journey, and how to reach us before or after a purchase.

The collection is organized around situations that feel familiar. The Workday Edit centers on office totes, satchels, document bags, and carryalls. A Few Days Away considers overnight stays, weekend visits, and lighter travel. Duffles, weekend totes, and holdalls offer alternatives for different packing habits. Airline limits vary, so a travel-oriented style should always be checked against the measurements and rules for your particular trip.
A closer look at materials
Our assortment includes leather, suede, canvas, nylon, and woven constructions. These materials do not behave identically. Smooth leather can show a more defined surface; pebbled leather brings a visible grain. Suede has a directional nap that changes with light and touch. Canvas and nylon introduce their own textures and carrying feel, while woven styles have an open, tactile character.
The material listed on each product page should guide your choice. We do not treat one care method as suitable for the whole store, or assume that a bag is waterproof because of its appearance. A clear shopping experience
We publish prices in U.S. dollars and offer free FedEx shipping to U.S. customers. Processing takes 2 business days, followed by an estimated 5–10 business days in transit after dispatch. Applicable taxes and import duties are covered by Migao. The Shipping Policy explains the timing, delivery process, and what to do if a parcel is delayed.
Eligible return requests can be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be clean and unused, and return authorization is required before mailing. Customers pay return shipping; we do not charge a restocking fee. Discounted and clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Approved refunds go back to the original payment account within 10 business days. Please read the Return Policy for the full conditions and process.
The U.S. return receiving address in Alabama exists to receive authorized returns. It does not mean the business is headquartered in the United States or that new orders ship from a U.S. warehouse. Making that distinction clear is part of giving you useful information before checkout.
