Help us find your order
For an order inquiry, include your order number, the name and email address used at checkout, and a brief explanation of the issue. If a product arrived damaged or differs from the order, attach clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when available. Do not email complete payment card details, passwords, or unnecessary identification documents.
For a product question, include the product name or page link and the feature you would like to confirm. If the fit of a device or another essential item matters, tell us its dimensions. We will help you understand available product information rather than assume that every tote or backpack fits the same load.
Shipping and delivery
Orders ship from China via FedEx. Processing takes 2 business days and estimated transit is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free throughout the United States, and applicable taxes and import duties are covered by Migao. See our Shipping Policy for tracking, address changes, and delayed-delivery assistance.
Return and exchange requests
Contact info@migao.shop within 30 days of delivery to request an eligible return or exchange. Please obtain authorization before mailing your parcel. Items must be clean, unused, and show no signs of wear. Customers pay all return shipping, subject to any non-waivable legal rights; there is no restocking fee. Discounted and clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. See the Return Policy for the complete process.
The Alabama address below receives authorized returns only. It is not a walk-in store, customer support office, or outbound shipping location. Please do not send a return to our registered Chinese address or to the sender address on a parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
