1. Information this policy covers

Personal information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to an individual or household, as defined by applicable law. This notice covers our online store and our customer-support activities. It does not govern a separate website merely because we link to it.

We describe common information flows below. The information actually involved depends on the features you use, the checkout method selected, your browser settings, and any choices required by law. We do not ask you to send full payment card numbers, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents by email.

2. Where information comes from

We receive information directly from you when you enter checkout details, create an account, contact support, request a return, or use an optional feature. We also receive technical information through cookies, browser requests, and similar technologies when you visit the store.

Service providers may return information needed to complete the transaction, such as a payment confirmation, delivery event, security signal, or refund status. Advertising and measurement services may provide aggregated reports and event information associated with our site and advertising. We do not treat a browser setting or a purchase as permission for every unrelated use of your information.

3. How we use information

We use information to supply the shopping service you request: showing products, keeping the cart, checking out, arranging dispatch, tracking delivery, answering questions, authorizing returns, completing exchanges, and issuing refunds. We also use it to maintain records, identify errors, prevent fraud or misuse, and meet legal obligations.

We use website measurement and advertising conversion information to understand interactions with the store and the results of advertising. Any consent or opt-out requirements that apply to those technologies remain separate from this notice.

If marketing communications are offered, we use contact details and preferences for that purpose only as permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from promotional email through its unsubscribe option or contact info@migao.shop. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary order, delivery, security, return, or refund messages. We do not use information collected for a specific transaction for an incompatible purpose without the notice or choice required by law.

4. Cookies, Google Analytics, and Google Ads

Our store uses cookies and similar technologies for functions such as cart contents, checkout, session management, and security. We also use Google Analytics for website measurement and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure actions taken after interactions with advertising. We do not currently use Meta Pixel.

These Google tools may send Google information about your browser or device, cookie identifiers, pages visited, ad interactions, and conversion events, such as a purchase. Google’s handling of that information is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may affect checkout or account functions. Google offers the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. You can also review advertising preferences in Google My Ad Center. These controls have different scopes and do not necessarily disable every form of measurement. You may contact us to request assistance with privacy choices. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential technologies, that requirement applies separately from this notice.

5. Essential and optional technologies

Essential technologies support cart memory, checkout, login sessions where used, security, and similar requested functions. Measurement and advertising technologies serve different purposes, such as analyzing page use or attributing a purchase to an advertisement. A cookie being useful to our business does not by itself make it legally essential.

Browser settings, opt-out extensions, and advertising-account settings work at different levels and may need to be repeated on each browser or device. Clearing cookies can remove stored preferences. If the site presents a consent or privacy-choice interface, use it to manage the choices offered there. Email info@migao.shop if you need help or wish to make an applicable opt-out request.

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals, for which there is no single universal implementation standard. A legally recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control where applicable, is different; any legal obligation to honor such a signal applies regardless of this notice. This policy does not claim that every optional tracker is disabled merely because this page is displayed.

6. When information is disclosed

We disclose information to service providers as needed to operate the store, including our e-commerce hosting and technical providers, payment processors, FedEx and other fulfillment-related service providers, support tools, security providers, and measurement or advertising providers such as Google. The recipient receives information relevant to the service it provides, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

For shipping, relevant contact and address details and parcel information are provided to the carrier and parties needed for cross-border delivery. For payment or refunds, transaction information is exchanged with the applicable payment provider. For website measurement and advertising conversion tracking, Google may receive the technical and event information described above.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to respond to a valid legal request, protect rights and security, investigate fraud, or handle a business transaction such as a merger or transfer, subject to legal safeguards and notice requirements. If you publish a review, the content and display name shown through that feature may be public; do not include sensitive information in a public submission.

7. Advertising disclosures and sale or sharing choices

We do not offer customer contact information for sale in exchange for money. Advertising-related disclosures can nevertheless fall within legal definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising in some states, depending on the data flow and the applicable law. Google Ads conversion tracking is disclosed above; we do not describe all advertising disclosures as automatically exempt from those definitions.

Where you have an applicable right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you may submit a request to info@migao.shop with “Privacy Opt-Out” in the subject line or call +1 256-486-2110. Identify the browser/device or account relevant to the request only to the extent reasonably necessary. We will explain any additional step required to apply a request and honor applicable legally recognized opt-out signals.

The Google controls linked above are additional tools, not a substitute for a privacy request to Migao and not a promise to switch off all measurement. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16 for advertising. Contact us if you believe such information has been provided.

8. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including completing an order, providing customer support, resolving a return or payment dispute, detecting fraud, and meeting tax, accounting, or legal duties. Retention differs by record type and the obligations attached to it.

We consider the sensitivity and amount of information, whether the account or transaction remains active, legal retention requirements, and the need to resolve an actual dispute. We do not promise deletion of transaction records that must lawfully be kept. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it where appropriate, subject to reasonable backup and security procedures.

9. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information and service involved. No online system or transmission is completely secure. Keep account credentials confidential and use the secure checkout flow rather than sending payment credentials by email. Notify us if you suspect an account or transaction has been misused.

The seller is based in China and orders ship from China. Information may therefore be processed in China, the United States, or other countries in which relevant service providers operate. Laws and government-access rules may differ across countries. Where a law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply. We do not imply that customer information necessarily stays in the United States merely because the customer or return receiving address is there.

10. Privacy rights and how to request them

Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to our business and the relevant processing, you may have rights to know or access the personal information held about you; receive a portable copy; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; or limit certain uses of sensitive information. You may also have a right to appeal a denied request. We do not intentionally use sensitive information to infer intimate characteristics or make eligibility decisions about you.

State the action requested and give enough information to identify the relevant order, account, or browser context. We may take reasonable steps to verify a request and, where required, an authorized agent’s authority. We will not require excessive information or a new purchase to exercise a right.

We respond within the time required by the applicable law and explain a permitted extension or denial where relevant. A request can be limited by a lawful exception, such as the need to retain a transaction record or protect another person’s rights. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a protected privacy right. If you want to appeal a decision, reply to our response or email the same address with “Privacy Appeal.” You may also contact the regulator available under your applicable law.

11. California and other U.S. state notices

For residents covered by an applicable state privacy law, the categories of information, sources, purposes, and recipients are described in Sections 1–7. We collect order and contact information to provide retail services, technical information for operation and security, and measurement or advertising event information as disclosed. We do not claim that every state privacy statute applies to every business or data activity.

Where California law applies, rights can include access to categories and specific pieces of information, deletion, correction, portability, opting out of sale or sharing, and limiting certain uses of sensitive personal information, with applicable exceptions. Advertising identifiers and online activity disclosed through advertising technologies may be relevant to sale or sharing analysis. A universal “we never share data” statement would not accurately describe the service-provider and Google disclosures above.

Use the request methods in Section 10 or the opt-out method in Section 7. An authorized agent may contact us, subject to reasonable verification where allowed. Where a state requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal or an appeal process, that requirement applies. We will consider a request according to the law that actually covers the individual and processing, rather than require the person to surrender non-waivable rights.

12. Children, third-party links, and changes

The store is intended for adult shoppers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact info@migao.shop so we can review and take appropriate action.

Third-party websites and payment or advertising services may have their own privacy notices. Follow their links and settings for their independent activities. Our notice does not override those notices or reduce obligations that apply to Migao.

We may update this policy to reflect a change in practices, services, or legal requirements. The date at the top identifies the version. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required for a material change; posting an edit is not a substitute for consent where the law requires it.

The Alabama receiving address is for authorized merchandise returns, not the registered office or primary destination for privacy correspondence.
